Strong winds and heavy rainfall that occurred during the night in Wales triggered the Authorities and the British Meteorological Service has issued flood warnings for 27rivers.
The water and winds caused problems on the roads, the M48bridge closed in both directions while authorities warned motorists to be especially careful.
Meteorologists warn the intensity of the winds and rain, and the unstable weather is expected to continue during the week.
